Consider who needs to read the message, whether they are walking or arriving in a vehicle, and how much information belongs on that particular surface.
Keep the main purpose clear when putting together the brief. If you want to identify a business and direct deliveries, those may be separate signs rather than one crowded panel. Approximate dimensions and photographs of the location help us discuss an appropriate layout. You can describe the problem first if you have not chosen a sign type yet.
ACM and Corflute options
The online ACM calculator offers 3mm and 4mm aluminium composite with finished-size choices, custom dimensions and print protection. The Corflute listing offers 3mm and 5mm lightweight corrugated plastic for events, promotions and temporary signage. These are separate product paths with their own stock and size options. Select the material and finish that suit the intended use, rather than assuming that every printed panel has the same construction.
Larger signs may be assembled from multiple panels. The sheet calculators show the panel layout, including equal-size and economical choices where available. Joins and suitable support matter to the final installation. We may contact you to confirm measurements and where the joins will sit before production.
Entrance and footpath displays
Steel A-frame signs and weighted-base footpath signs are available through the shop. The listings include complete sign and replacement options, allowing you to check whether you need new hardware or just updated panels. When replacing an insert, compare the dimensions and thickness against the frame you already have. A product image alone is not enough to establish compatibility with an existing base or frame.
Choose online ordering or a custom quote
For a listed supply-only product, use the shop to enter size, quantity and available finishes. Review pickup, delivery and any freight requirements before checkout. If the sign needs installation, a different specification or help with artwork, contact our team instead. Fitted work is scoped around our Hampton Downs operation, and access, preparation, location and travel are confirmed in the quote.

Send the details that affect production
Include the finished size, number of signs, printed faces and whether the installation is indoors or outdoors. Explain the surface or support and provide usable artwork if available. If you are ordering a workplace warning, supply the wording and requirements approved for your site. We prepare the printed design; the message still needs to suit the actual premises and the instructions people are expected to follow.

ACM and Corflute listings calculate the selected size, quantity and available print options. Custom work outside the listing can be discussed by enquiry.
What happens if a sign is larger than one sheet?
The sheet calculators can show multi-panel arrangements. Dimensions and join positions may need confirmation before the sign is produced.
Do replacement footpath panels include a frame?
Replacement-panel options are separate from complete signs. Check the listing and your existing hardware before selecting the supply option.
Can you fit signage at our premises?
Installation is quoted according to location, access, preparation and any travel, based around our Hampton Downs and Waikato operation.
