Choose 3mm or 4mm aluminium composite, then the finished width and height. Your stock colour determines the unprinted back of a digitally printed sign. Contact us for a colour or specification that is not listed.

Custom printed aluminium composite signs, cut to your size. Choose your stock and No-lam, Intermediate or Premium print protection. 4mm ACM is the better option for signs exposed to higher wind; suitable fixing and support are still essential.

Larger signs and panel joins
Oversize signs can be made from multiple panels. Compare equal-size panels with an economical layout in the calculator. We may contact you to confirm dimensions and where joins will sit on supports before production.
Finish and installation
Choose print protection for the expected use. Short-term prints deteriorate faster in prolonged UV exposure. Confirm fixing, support and installation requirements for your location; a thicker panel does not replace suitable support.
ACM or Corflute for your business sign?
ACM is a rigid aluminium-composite panel. Corflute is a lighter option for temporary promotions and events. Consider the fixing method, location and expected exposure as well as the print finish. Contact us for a fitted premises-signage project; an online panel order does not include installation.
What changes the panel price?
Finished dimensions, available thickness and stock, quantity, printed faces and finish affect the calculated price. For a sign larger than a stock sheet, review the panel layout and confirm the overall size. Equal panels give regular joins; an economical layout can use full-size panels with a smaller remaining panel.
Before you order
Check the options, final dimensions and quantity carefully. Retail prices show GST separately. Delivery or pickup is confirmed in the order process; urgent production and oversize freight may need confirmation from our team.
