Start with the car and its partners
Every body shape creates a different set of design spaces. A bonnet, side panel, wing and single-seater nose cannot all carry artwork in the same proportions. Share the car type and the sponsor assets that need to appear, then identify which logos or messages have agreed positions or priorities. Those requirements give the design a practical starting point.
If the project updates an existing livery, describe what is changing and what should stay. A new partner, revised number or different team colour may affect more than one panel. We can discuss sponsor graphics and updates as well as a complete design, rather than assuming every enquiry requires the whole car to be replaced visually.
Explore several approaches to a race livery
The portfolio includes a blue McLaren with Amity Partnerships branding and supporting sponsor graphics. A Toyota single-seater carries partner artwork across the nose, sidepods and wings. The Dodge Challenger project combines illustrated bonnet artwork with green EcoGem side branding and smaller logos. These examples show how the artwork can respond to the vehicle and the identity behind it.
The Logitech GT-R and Toyota GR Yaris projects offer further examples of large branded graphics on road-car shapes. Use the project links to explain what appeals to you, while keeping your own team identity and sponsor requirements at the centre of the brief. Existing portfolio names are project references, not a promise of involvement in your programme.
Prepare clean sponsor artwork
Send usable brand assets for the partners included in the design. If you have several versions of a logo, identify which version has been approved for the car. Artwork rebuilding and design preparation are scoped where needed. Supplying the most suitable files early helps avoid treating a low-resolution reference picture as finished production artwork.
The design discussion should also include race numbers and any wording you have already agreed. We do not invent a competition requirement for your car: provide the relevant instructions that apply to your own programme. Final artwork and production scope are confirmed before the graphics are made.
Carry the team identity beyond the car
An enclosed trailer, crew shirt or giveaway sheet can reinforce the same appearance around the team. Our existing range includes trailer graphics, motorsport team shirts, sticker packs and custom A4 or A5 sticker sheets. Each item needs its own layout and quantity, even when the sponsor files are shared. Tell us which items belong in the project so they can be considered together.
For sticker packs, list the individual designs, sizes, number of stickers per pack and total packs. For shirts, give the size mix and logo positions. Those details make the enquiry more useful than a general request for matching merchandise.
Agree the practical work and timing
Fitted vehicle work is based around our Hampton Downs and Waikato operation. Access, preparation, location and travel are confirmed in the quote. Explain your preferred timing and any event date when you first enquire, rather than assuming the car can be scheduled automatically. We can then discuss the artwork, production and fitting requirements for the actual scope of your project.
